410 IAC 7-24-267 - Overhead protection on outdoor food vending areas

Sec. 267.
(a) If
located outdoors, a machine used to vend food shall be provided with overhead
protection, except that machines vending canned beverages need not meet this
requirement.
(b) For purposes of
this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
