410 IAC 7-24-414 - Protective barriers on exterior walls and roofs

Sec. 414.

(a) Perimeter walls and roofs of a retail food establishment shall effectively protect the establishment from the:

(1) weather; and

(2) entry of:

(A) insects;

(B) rodents; and

(C) other animals.

(b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a noncritical item.
