65 IAC 8-1-4 - Discharge of liability

Sec. 4.

(a) All liability for any prize is discharged upon payment, fulfillment, or expiration of the prize.
(b) No member of the commission, the director, employees of the commission, the state, or officials, officers, and employees of the state shall be personally liable for payment of any prize.
