75 IAC 5-1-9 - "Dealer plates" defined

Sec. 9.

"Dealer plates" means the license plates provided to a watercraft dealer under IC 9-32-8-8 [IC 9-31 was repealed by P.L. 164-2020, SECTION 41, effective January 1, 2021.] that must be displayed on a watercraft while the watercraft is being tested or demonstrated.
