Iowa Admin. Code r. 191-46.9 - Mergers of mutual insurance holding companies

A mutual insurance holding company may apply to merge with another mutual insurance holding company by filing with the commissioner a plan of merger and complying with the provisions of Iowa Code chapters 521 and 521 A.
