Iowa Admin. Code r. 191-8.7 - Certificates
In addition to the requirements of Iowa Code section 512A7. as they concern the membership certificates, said certificates shall also contain sufficient information to inform a member or a member's beneficiary on the proper procedure in the filing of a claim, including any limitations or exclusions affecting the claim.
