Iowa Admin. Code r. 263-8.7 - Submission of petition to the board-notice
A petition filed pursuant to this chapter will be considered by the board at the first meeting conducted 31 days or more after the petition is filed. The board shall provide the petitioner with notice of all meetings at which the board will consider the petition.
