Within two weeks of the filing of a petition for involuntary city development action, board staff shall review the request to determine whether the city has filed all of the information required by rule 8.3(368). If the request is found to be incomplete, staff shall notify the petitioner, identifying the required item(s) omitted and offering the petitioner an opportunity to provide the omitted information prior to submission of the petition to the board.
