Iowa Admin. Code r. 27-40.23 - State procedures for designating areas unsuitable for surface coal mining operations

The following is incorporated by reference: 30 CFR Part 764, as in effect on July 1, 2010, with the following exceptions:

(1) Delete 30 CFR 764.10.

(2) Delete from 30 CFR 764.13(b)(l)(v) the words "sections 522(a)(2) and (3) of the Act" and insert the words "Iowa Code section 207.8, subsection 1".

(3) Delete from 30 CFR 764.19(c) the words "section 526(e) of the Act" and insert the words "Iowa Code section 207.8, subsection 4, and Iowa Code section 17A.19".
