Iowa Admin. Code r. 351-7.8 - Payment of penalty
The remittance shall be made payable to the "State of Iowa General Fund" and forwarded to Iowa Ethics and Campaign Disclosure Board, 510 East 12th Street, Suite I A, Des Moines, Iowa 50319. The remittance shall be deposited in the general fund of the state of Iowa. This rule is intended to implement Iowa Code section 68B.32A(9).
