Iowa Admin. Code r. 641-95.18 - Enforcement assistance
(1) The
department shall report cases of alleged violations to the proper county
attorney, with a statement of the facts and circumstances, for such action as
is appropriate.
(2) Upon request of
the department , the attorney general shall assist in the enforcement of the
provisions of Iowa Code chapter 144.
