Iowa Admin. Code r. 875-84.12 - [Effective until 3/26/2025] Waiver of procedures
Unless otherwise precluded by law, the parties in a contested case proceeding may waive any provision of this chapter However, the board in its discretion may refuse to give effect to such a waiver when the board deems the waiver to be inconsistent with the public interest.
