Iowa Admin. Code r. 875-84.5 - [Effective 3/26/2025] Contents of notice
The notice of hearing will contain a statement of the time, place, and nature of the hearing and a brief statement of the matters asserted. It is the appellant's burden on appeal to prove compliance with all applicable statutory provisions, administrative rules, and ASME code sections. The notice shall contain a reference to the applicable statute and rules.
