Iowa Code r. 189-2.4 - Organization procedure
When persons wish to obtain a charter for a new credit union, they shall determine that the proposed membership for the credit union has a common bond as required by this chapter and that there exists probable support for the credit union by the proposed membership. The persons shall also choose seven applicants to apply for charter with the division.
