Iowa Code r. 191-100.22 - Consumer price index adjustment

The inflation factor adjustment to be used for Iowa Code sections 523A.201(8) and 523A.602(2) "b"(1), for years 1987 and later, shall be the consumer price index for all urban consumers (CPI-U) issued by the U.S. Department of Labor's Bureau of Labor Statistics.
