Iowa Code r. 875-10.1 - Applicability of standards
None of the standards in this chapter shall apply to working conditions of employees with respect to which federal agencies other than the United States Department of Labor exercise statutory authority to prescribe or enforce standards or regulations affecting occupational safety or health.
