Iowa Code r. 875-130.3 - Application for exemption
An employer shall make a written application to the commissioner setting forth the specific grounds for a claimed exemption. Upon receipt of an application, the commissioner will give the applicant notice and opportunity to be heard at a full evidentiary hearing before the commissioner.
