Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-46-38 - Inventory and assessment of class V injection wells

40 CFR 144.83(a)(1) and (a)(2)(i), as in effect on July 1, 2005, is adopted by reference. Each well owner or well operator shall submit the required inventory information to the secretary on a form provided by the department.
