Kan. Admin. Regs. § 28-46-43 - Analyses to be performed by laboratory certified by the secretary

If a sample analysis is required by the secretary for the purposes of any permit or application for a permit under these regulations, the analysis shall be performed by a laboratory which has been certified and approved by the secretary for conducting such sample analysis.
