Kan. Admin. Regs. § 5-40-102 - Minimum requirements to be an individual reviewer
To be an individual reviewer, each person shall meet both of the following qualifications:
(a)
Have a current professional engineer's license from the Kansas state board of
technical professions; and
(b)
have a minimum of five years of relevant work experience in the area for which
approval is sought.
