La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XIX-2105 - Authorization
A. An interested
person, individually or jointly with other interested persons, may, in
accordance with the provisions of this Chapter, petition the board for the
adoption, amendment or repeal of administrative rules and regulations within
the rulemaking authority of the board.
