La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XLI-1701 - Association's Responsibility for Sellers of Tout Sheets
A. It shall be the responsibility of each
association to require that all owners, vendors, handicappers, etc., engaged in
the selling of tout sheets on the association's property shall be properly
licensed and approved by the commission. The names of the owners and
handicapper must be printed on each publication sold.
