M.R.S.A. §442, the Commissioner hereby incorporates by reference the U.S.
Premium, U.S. No. I and U.S. No. 2 grades as outlined in Sections
51.3085-51.3106 (Annex(1) as Maine Premium, Maine Mo. 1 and Maine No. 2 grades,
respectively.
