01-001 C.M.R. ch. 38, § 2 - PROGRAM FUNDING
1. As established
in 7
M.R.S. §220-A(3), the
Farmers Drought Relief Fund (the "Fund") is funded by appropriations from the
State general funds and from any other contributions to the Fund.
2. The Fund may accept funding from private
and public sources.
3. The
Commissioner may allocate funds among funding categories on an annual
basis.
