01 M.R.S. § 001-400-3 - DEFINITIONS
1. "Commercial farm" means a farm that
produces any farm product with the intent that the farm product be sold or
otherwise disposed of to generate income.
2. "Perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl
substances" or "PFAS" has the same meaning as in
Title
32, section1732, subsection 5-A.
