02-658 C.M.R. ch. 104, § 11 - Renewal of license
1. Expiration. All
licenses expire two (2) years from the date of issuance.
2. Eligibility for Renewal. To renew a
license, an applicant must comply with
32 MRSA
§18144. A license may be renewed up to
90 days after expiration upon payment of a late fee in addition to the renewal
fee.
