14-191 C.M.R. ch. 2, § V - ENACTMENT/TERMINATION/AMENDMENT
These rules shall be effective upon enactment by the Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation and shall be terminated or amended in accordance with the Maine Administrative Procedures Act, Title 5, chapter 375.
