105 CMR, § 120.133 - Renewal of Licenses
(A) Applications for
renewal of specific licenses shall be filed in accordance with
105 CMR
120.124.
(B) In any case in which a licensee, not less
than 30 days prior to expiration of his existing license, has filed an
application in proper form for renewal or for a new license authorizing the
same activities, such existing license shall not expire until final action by
the Agency.
