105 CMR 120.301 - Purpose and Scope
(A) Establish
radiation safety requirements for persons using sources of radiation for
industrial radiography,
(B) Apply
to all licensees and registrants who use sources of radiation for industrial
radiography,
(C) Apply to sealed
radioactive sources and radiation machines, except for those regulations
clearly applicable only to sealed radioactive sources; and,
(D) Supplement, but do not replace, other
applicable requirements of 105 CMR 120.000.
