105 CMR, § 120.326 - Supervision of Radiographer Trainee
The radiographer's assistant shall be under the personal supervision of a radiographer when using sources of radiation, including radiation machines, radiographic exposure devices, associated equipment, or related handling tools, or while conducting radiation surveys required by 105 CMR 120.333(B) to determine that the sealed source has returned to the shielded position or the radiation machine has stopped producing radiation after an exposure.
