105 CMR, § 120.370 - Records of Personnel Monitoring
Each licensee or registrant shall maintain the following exposure records specified in 105 CMR 120.323:
(A) Direct reading dosimeter readings and
yearly operability checks required by
105 CMR 120.323(B)(8)
for five years after the record is
made;
(B) Records of alarming
ratemeter calibrations for five years after the record is made;
(C) Reports received from the personnel
monitoring badge processor until the Agency terminates the license or
registration; and,
(D) Records of
estimates of exposures as a result of off-scale personal direct reading
dosimeters, or lost or damaged personnel monitoring badges until the Agency
terminates the license or registration.
