105 CMR, § 120.431 - Purpose and Scope
(A)105 CMR 120.430
establishes requirements, for which the registrant is responsible, for use of
therapeutic radiation machines. The provisions of 105 CMR 120.430 are in
addition to, and not in substitution for, other applicable provisions of 105
CMR 120.000.
(B) The use of
therapeutic radiation machines shall be by, or under the supervision of, a
licensed practitioner of the healing arts who meets the training/experience
criteria established by
105
CMR 120.433(C).
