105 CMR 305.065 - Permitted Disclosure of Aggregate Birth Information

The Department may disclose aggregate birth information for administrative, statistical, or research purposes only as follows:

(A) Aggregate data sets that have not undergone cell size suppression in accordance with the data release standards contained in the Department's Confidentiality Policy and Procedures and that do not contain birth information that is otherwise restricted by law or court order may only be disclosed in accordance with the requirements for limited data sets, as specified in 105 CMR 305.050.
(B) Aggregate data sets that have undergone cell size suppression in accordance with the data release standards contained in the Department's Confidentiality Policy and Procedures may be released in accordance with the requirements for de-identification, as specified in 105 CMR 305.060.
