105 CMR, § 410.251 - Kitchen Lighting and Electrical Outlets
The owner shall provide for each kitchen:
(A) one electric light fixture;
(B) two wall-type convenience outlets located
in convenient locations; and
(C)
For each kitchen over 70 square feet, transparent or translucent glass which
admits light from the outdoors and which is equal in area to no less than 8% of
the entire floor area of that kitchen.
