105 CMR, § 450.344 - Illumination in Habitable and Occupiable Areas
Each facility shall have working electric fixtures, with bulbs, located so that illumination is available for the safe and reasonable use of every laundry, stairs, bathroom or toilet room, food service department, pantry, foyer, community corridor, recreation area, closet, and storage space.
