105 CMR, § 450.372 - Cleaning of Garbage and Rubbish Containers
Each container, room or area used to store garbage or rubbish shall be thoroughly cleaned after each emptying or removal of garbage or rubbish. Each container shall be cleaned on the inside and outside in a way that does not contaminate food, equipment, utensils, or food preparation areas. Suitable facilities and equipment, including hot water and detergent, shall be provided and used for washing such containers, rooms and areas.
