333 CMR 9.08 - Record Keeping Requirements

(1) Licensed dealers, or their employers, are required to keep true and accurate records containing the following information on each distribution or sale of a restricted or state limited use pesticide:
(a) The signature of purchaser and his agent:
(b) Customer's certification number:
(c) Identification of pesticide purchased:
(d) Quantity purchased:
(e) Date of purchase:
(f) Other information as deemed necessary by the Department.
(2) Records required by 333 CMR 9.08(1) shall be maintained for a period of five years and shall be made promptly available to appropriate Department officials upon a reasonable demand.
(3) Annual reports and records may be required as deemed necessary by the Department.
