Mich. Admin. Code R. 325.1963 - Accessibility
Rule 63.
(1) A
new construction or a home undergoing addition, major building modification, or
conversion shall comply with all of the following:
(a) Applicable statutory accessibility
requirements.
(b) Applicable
accessibility requirements for common and shared facilities.
(c) Accessibility requirements for 10% of all
resident sleeping rooms and the connecting bathing or toilet rooms.
