Mich. Admin. Code R. 330.1809 - Appeals
Rule 1809. A facility which has its application for certification denied, a facility which is issued a provisional certification, a facility which has its certification proposed for suspension, revocation, or reduction to provisional, or a facility which is denied renewal shall be provided an opportunity for a hearing in accordance with chapter 4 of Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being ยงยง 24.271 to 24.287 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
