Rule 2014.
(1)
Community/caregiver services are those services of the county program provided
to agencies and community groups on behalf of client groups and at-risk
populations by means of any of the following:
(a) Consultation relating to agency
organization, program delivery, effectiveness of staff, or mental health needs
of at-risk and treatment populations.
(b) Education and training of
staff.
(c) Collaboration in
planning and service development.
(2) The purposes of community/caregiver
services shall be the facilitation of non-mental health services for
developmentally disabled and chronically mentally ill clients and the reduction
of service demands on the county program.
