Mich. Admin. Code R. 388.155 - Compliance; college level and career preparation course support in pupils best interests
Rule 5.
(1) Unless
these rules provide otherwise for fifth-year high school pupils, the school
district , intermediate school district , public school academy, or
state-approved nonpublic school and the eligible postsecondary institution
shall comply with all requirements in the acts.
(2) The acts and these rules do not prohibit
a school district , intermediate school district , public school academy, or
state-approved nonpublic school from supporting any pupil regardless of
eligibility under the acts and these rules. A school district , intermediate
school district , public school academy, or state-approved nonpublic school may
elect to support college level courses or career preparation courses for any
pupil if it is in the best interests of the pupil.
