Mich. Admin. Code R. 400.2424 - Transactions prohibited; review
Rule 424.
(1) A
congregate facility licensee or a member of his family, or congregate facility
staff shall not borrow money or valuables from a resident with or without his
consent.
(2) Transactions between a
resident and a congregate facility shall be subject to review by the department
where it is alleged by a resident or his representative that the congregate
facility did not comply with any rule pertaining to trust funds. Department
review does not preclude any other legal remedy a resident or his
representative may have.
