Eggs must be received clean and sound and:
A. must not exceed the restricted egg
tolerances for U.S. Consumer Grade B specified in U.S. Standards, Grades, and
Weight Classes for Shell Eggs, AMS 56.200 et seq., maintained by the
Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS) of the USD A, which is incorporated by
reference, is not subject to frequent change, and is available through the AMS,
USDA at www.ams.usda.gov/sites/default/files/media/Shell Egg Standard[1].pdf

B. comply with parts 1520.1200 to 1520.2000
