A. Egg products must be obtained

B. Fluid and dry milk and milk products must
be obtained pasteurized as specified in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 32D, and
comply with standards as specified in Minnesota Statutes, chapter
32D.P1
C.
Frozen milk products, such as ice cream, must be obtained pasteurized as
specified in Code of Federal Regulations, title 21, part 135, and must comply
with Minnesota Statutes, chapter 32D.P1
D. Cheese must be obtained pasteurized unless
alternative procedures to pasteurization are specified in Code of Federal
Regulations, title 21, part 133, and Minnesota Statutes, section
32D.22.P1
