18 Miss. Code. R. 14-28.6 - Reporting Changes
A. An interim
contact form is mailed to every ESAP household on an annual basis.
Note: The household will be under no obligation to respond if
there have been no changes in circumstances and the household wishes to
continue to receive SNAP benefits.
B. The Interim Contact Form is used to report
changes to MDHS.
C. ESAP households
are required to report changes in their circumstances by the
10th of the month following the month in which the
change occurred.
