2 Miss. Code. R. 1-4-07-01-100

The Meat Inspection Division within the Department of Agriculture is hereby created by the Commissioner of Agriculture and said Division and its employees and authorized agents designated to administer and enforce the provisions of the meat inspection laws of the State of Mississippi and all rules and regulations and requirements thereunder.
