23 Miss. Code. R. 102-3.15 - Seven-Year Eligibility Limit
A. Some aliens in
the above classifications have a seven (7) year time limit imposed on
eligibility.
B. When the seven (7)
year period ends, eligibility terminates the following month unless the aliens
status has changed or he meets an exemption.
