24 Miss. Code. R. 2-1.11 - Mississippi State Board of Mental Health
A. During the
appeals process, an applicant/certified provider may appeal the decision of the
DMH Executive Director to the Mississippi State Board of Mental
Health.
B. The Mississippi State
Board of Mental Health, as the authorized entity under applicable state law to
promulgate DMH provider certification rules, reserves the right to amend,
clarify, or repeal any rule or requirement contained within the DMH
Operational Standards (or adopt a new rule or requirement) without
prior notice. In this event, notice will be placed on the agency website.
Notice will also be given to DMH-certified providers to the last known
registered contact information on file with the DMH Division of Certification;
the promulgated change(s) will be effective whether received by the provider
agency or not. Change(s) made under this provision will be communicated via
provider bulletin(s) and will be incorporated into the existing DMH
Operational Standards in a timely manner, according to customary rules
making practice.
