24 Miss. Code. R. 2-1.6 - Nondiscrimination and Americans with Disabilities Act
A. DMH
promotes nondiscriminatory practices and procedures in all phases of state
service administration, as well as in programs funded, certified, and/or
operated by DMH according to applicable federal laws. DMH does not discriminate
because of race, color, creed, gender, religion, national origin, age,
disability, or political affiliation.
B. DMH complies with all aspects of the
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If requested, special accommodation to
aid in the completion of forms or related certification matters will be
provided.
