24 Miss. Code. R. 2-49.7 - DUI Convictions
A. Agency providers
must determine and document, at intake, if the person has been convicted of
more than one (1) DUI that has resulted in a suspended driver's license. If so,
the agency provider must explain the DUI assessment and treatment process to
the person and determine if the person is interested in
participating.
B. An agency
provider must disclose if it is certified by DMH to conduct DUI
assessments.
