24 Miss. Code. R. 3-16.4 - Renewal Deadline - CCSS/CCSS-II
A.
The
renewal deadline is September 30 th (or closest
prior working day) of each two-year certification period.
B. Renewal deadlines will be every two years
in the "odd" years (i.e., September 30, 2017, September 30, 2019, etc.).
(From January 1, 2011, through September 30, 2015, the DMH Community
Support Specialist credentialing program was organized by four-year
certification periods.)
C. Qualified individuals will renew their
credential on or before the established renewal deadline in order to maintain
Current or Inactive Status.
D.
Individuals who fail to renew by the established deadline will have their
credential automatically changed to Lapsed Status. Lapsed Status means the
credential is expired, and the individual no longer holds the credential.
